- The use of Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) or proxies during registration is strictly prohibited. Participants are hereby warned that engaging in such activities will render them solely liable for any ensuing fraudulent registrations. Olympiad Scholars explicitly disclaims any responsibility for financial losses incurred due to fraudulent registration practices.

- Participants must unequivocally ensure their sole presence and visibility during the exam session. Any deviation from this requirement, such as the presence of any additional individual within the camera frame, shall result in immediate disqualification.

- Any form of malpractice observed during the exam, whether through images, audio, or video recordings, will result in immediate disqualification. No appeals will be considered. Participants are warned that breaching these rules will lead to strict penalties, including legal action.

- Participants are further forewarned that any attempt to circumvent examination protocols by employing VPNs, proxies, or other illicit means to gain unauthorized assistance, including multi-device logins for cheating purposes, shall result in swift and severe consequences. Such actions will lead to immediate disqualification from the Olympiad, and perpetrators will face legal ramifications to the fullest extent permitted by law.

2. *Monitoring and Recording:*
- Random images will be captured, and audio-video recordings will be conducted throughout the duration of the exam to prevent any prompting or cheating attempts.

3. *Use of Devices and Tabs:*
- Participants are prohibited from opening any additional tabs or applications during the exam. Any such activity will result in immediate termination of the exam session without any recourse.

4. *Single Login Usage:*
- Each participant login is intended for single-use only. Any attempt to login from multiple devices simultaneously using the same credentials will lead to disqualification for that particular exam.

5. *Adherence to Rules:*
- Participants are expected to adhere strictly to the rules and guidelines provided for the online exam. Negligence or violation of these rules will not be tolerated.

6. *Confidentiality:*
- All audio-video recordings and image captures during the exam are strictly confidential and will not be shared with participants, parents, or guardians. Queries regarding access to these recordings will not be entertained.

7. *Attendance and Rescheduling:*
- Participants are solely responsible for attending the Olympiad as per the announced schedule. No second chances or rescheduling will be provided for missed exams.

8. *Communication and Notifications:*
- Olympiad Scholars shall not be held liable for undelivered notifications sent via SMS, email, or voice call due to incorrect contact information or technical issues with the service provider.

9. *International Participants:*
- Participants residing outside India (NRI & other international participants) aren't eligible for registration.

10. *Study Materials and Delivery:*
- Study materials ordered in INR currency will be delivered only to Indian residents with valid registration i.e., without using VPN or proxies to Indian addresses in printed format.

11. *Intellectual Property Rights:*
- All content, including questions, images, audio, and video recordings, provided during the exam, is the intellectual property of Olympiad Scholars. Any unauthorised distribution, reproduction, or use of this content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

12. *Data Privacy and Protection:*
- Olympiad Scholars is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of participants' personal data. By participating in the exam, participants consent to the collection, processing, and storage of their personal information for the purpose of conducting the Olympiad. Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

13. *Limitation of Liability:*
- Olympiad Scholars and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the participation in the Olympiad, including but not limited to, any errors or inaccuracies in the exam content, technical malfunctions, or interruptions in internet connectivity. Participants agree to participate in the Olympiad at their own risk.

14. *Indemnification:*
- Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Olympiad Scholars, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Olympiad or any breach of these terms and conditions.

15. *Governing Law and Jurisdiction:*
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.

17. *Severability:*
- If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired in any way.

18. *Amendment and Modification:*
- Olympiad Scholars reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such amendments or modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on the official website of the Olympiad. Participants are encouraged to review the terms and conditions periodically for updates.
